Question One

When will my goods be delivered?

Number Plate Orders are delivered within 3-5 days via 1st Class Royal Mail.
Most other orders are delivered within 7-10 days via 2nd Class Royal Mail.
Larger products like Fitness Equipment etc, are delivered within 10-14 days via Courier.

Question Two

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

If the product is in any way faulty, or if you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, simply return the product within 14 days and we will refund your full purchase cost plus P&P to your payment Card.

Please note that we do not refund your return postage costs.

Question Three

How do I know my order is being processed?

Once your order has been placed you will automatically receive a confirmation email. This will confirm the products you have ordered and the ammount your credit card will be debited. You will only receive further contact from us if there is a problem with your payment proccesing, or a difficulty in delivering your order.
